Perfect low profile ottoman I bought this to go with a leather couch and it is the perfect low profile ottoman. The storage is awesome, it came fully assembled, and the hinges are good quality. It also makes a nice entryway bench. I am considering buying another.

Working out well I bought a new king sized storage bed, which turned out to be a little higher than I had imagined. I put this ottoman bench at the end of the bed as a step, so it would be easier for my dog to hop up on it. It looks good and it works!

Bed Bench 1 of the 4 legs was loose and quickly fell off. A larger screw did the trick. Now it's great. Perfect height for Labrador Retriever to jump on bed.

Good Buy I purchased this on sale and feel that I got a good buy for this product. I chose "orange" and wasn't sure how bright it might be. To my surprise it's really more of a brick/muted color which turned out to be better for me! Anyone who's looking for real "orange" won't like this color. It also borderlines on "rust". It's a bit low but I had a cushion from my last bench (3" thick) that I was able to use, and that makes the height perfect. I can't speak about the wear and tear, it's brand new.

Soft close, it actually stops closing if you let go of top. The last 2 inches closes normally.

It will not slam shut. The hinges have friction on them and holds the lid up until you push it down. Also, the lid is pretty lightweight so it will not be too much of an issue as well. This is actually a very well made smaller to medium size ottoman.

It's kinda a greenish gold color. All the colors I have found are pretty exact from the picture. I ended up w several that I returned until I got the color I really wanted. Long story, one was sent to me by accented. I will say the company was very easy to work with and very helpful!

My 3 yr old jumps on it and broke it twice so it's not that sturdy. The hinges move and bend easily. I wouldn't recommend it for extra seating, unless they are pretty still!

Ours is very sturdy both my kids jump and play all over it and our two very large dogs lay on it all the time. So Idk maybe some are sturdier than others.
